- Where is your factory located?
- We are located in Kota Kinabalu, the capital city of Sabah in Malaysia.
- Do you have a showroom, where is it?
- Our showroom is located in the same facility as our factory in Kota Kinabalu.
- How do I get to your factory/showroom?
- Our factory is about 30 minutes from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA). A 2-hour flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will get you to Kota Kinabalu. KKIA currently receives direct non-stop flights from Peninsular Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru), Sarawak (Kuching), Japan (Osaka and Tokyo), Korea (Seoul), China (Shanghai and Guangzhou), Taiwan (Taipei and Kaoshiung), Hong Kong, The Philippines (Manila, Cebu, Puerto Princessa, Zamboanga), Brunei Darussalam, Thailand (Bangkok) and Singapore.
Wood sources
- What wood species do you supply?
- We supply garden furniture in species such as Keruing, Seraya/Meranti, Balau, Kapur, Acacia and other red heavy tropical hardwood species.
- Where is your main source of material?
- We use only Sabah timber for our production.
- Do you manage and run your own forest concession?
- Can you produce FSC furniture?
- Yes. We are certified by Soil Association to produce 100% Pure FSC Furniture.
- Where do you source your FSC certified material?
- All FSC material comes from the first and only FSC Natural Forest in Asia - DERAMAKOT Forest Reserve (Sabah).
- Can you produce single species FSC furniture?
- Depending on the size of the order, we may or may not be able to supply single species FSC furniture due to the limited supply of FSC timber from Deramakot Forest Reserve.
- What is the production capacity of your FSC timber supplier?
- The production at DERAMAKOT Forest Reserve varies from year to year but averages at about 15,000m3 of mixed logs per year.

- What is your annual production capacity?
- We are capable of producing 900 40' containers per year.
- What is your lead-time?
- New item – 6 weeks. Repeat item – 4 weeks.

- How can I get a copy of your product catalogue?

- Is your range limited to the ones shown in the website?
- We are showing only a small portion of our range in the website. Please specify the request for catalogue in the online form in the contact page.
- Can you custom make my design?
- Yes, we can manufacture customized design provided that the quantity meets our minimum order quantity.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- It depends on the item in question. Please write in for more information.
- Can you guarantee confidentiality of my design and produce them exclusively for me?
- Yes, if need be we can sign confidentiality agreement with the customer who supplied the design.
- What finishing options are available?
- We use teak oil to finish all our furniture. For more information about the finishing material we use, please contact us via the online form.
- Can the metal fittings you supplied with your furniture withstand the rigor of outdoor conditions?
- Yes. All of our screws and fittings are zinc plated for outdoor use. Brass fittings are available on request (depending on the size of the order).
- Can I have customized packaging for my products?
- Yes. We provide customized carton markings, hangtags, brass plates and other accessories upon request. Price/mode of payment/delivery of goods.
- Why is the price list not available online?
- It is impossible to have a price list as prices are quoted after consideration is given to size of order, amount of customization, finishing requirements etc.
- What is your preferred payment method?
- We prefer to have all payment being made to us through L/C at sight.
- Where do you ship from?
- We ship from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
- Can you quote FOB Port Klang, Malaysia?
- No. Our long distance from other loading points mean we can only quote FOB Kota Kinabalu.
